This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Flexibleforce, including journals, card sets, and worksheet packs listed on our Products page.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Digital tools on this website are provided free of charge and are not subject to returns.

2. Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for products that are:

Unused and in resalable condition.
Returned in original packaging with all included materials.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that show signs of use, writing, or damage caused by the customer.
Products returned without proof of purchase.
Items returned after the thirty-day window.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
